If such program allows users assign tasks to others, it will do a great favor for them in time saving. Just opened the software, all members know what to do in the next days, weeks or even months. All things have been arranged in order ahead of the time. What’s more, the software must track the progress of tasks clearly for them, for example, who and when created and updated the tasks. When a task gets completed, the task creator will be informed so that he or she can check the task in time.
2. Meeting/Appointment Reminder
When there is a meeting, the software will inform all members who need to attend. And the meeting creator will get a real time report with the information about the members accept or not. In this way, the meeting creator could know the more accurate members of attendance.
3. Customizable User Priority
Since the group grows stronger and stronger with time, different members may deal with different business parts with different position levels. As a result, lower level users couldn’t assign tasks to upper ones, couldn’t edit upper ones’ data, etc. In another word, only upper level users could assign tasks to others.
